| 摘 要： | 利用排队理论，建立了一个顾客到达率线性增长、顾客服务率和服务台数量不变的变参数随机服务系统近似最优设计模型．给出了满足投资有限，在一定时期内设备使用率和用户服务质量满足给定的要求，使用寿命达到设计的服务系统近似最优设计方案。

| Abstract: | A model of approximately optimal design for random service systems with variable parameters which have increasing linearly arrival rate, constant service rate and service number is established in this paper, with use of queuing theory. The approximately optimal design project is shown, which satisfy the conditions that the investment is limited, the rate of equipments employed and the service quality achieves the given requirement and the system will run for its service life designed. |
