超滤法提取银杏叶和绞股蓝双中药中黄酮的研究

摘    要:以银杏叶和绞股蓝为研究对象,利用超滤法对所提取物分子量大小可控的特点,从单味中药提取和双中药提取两个方面考察了银杏叶、绞股蓝两味中药中黄酮的提取效果,并优化超滤提取条件.结果表明:单味银杏叶提取物黄酮含量为4.83%,单味绞股蓝提取物黄酮含量为3.58%,银杏叶和绞股蓝双中药提取物中黄酮含量为5.76%,双中药提取物中黄酮含量明显高于单中药提取物中黄酮含量.本论文的研究为制备高含量黄酮提取物以及制备药效更好的抗心血管疾病中药提供理论基础.

Abstract:In this study,ginkgo biloba and gynostemma pentaphyllum are taken as the research objects.The extractions'' molecular weight can be well controlled by ultrafiltration.The extracting effects of this two traditional Chinese medicines'' active ingredient content is well studied from the aspect of single Chinese medicine extracts and mixed Chinese medicine extracts.And the orthogonal was carried out to optimize the extracting conditions.Results show that the content of flavone of ginkgo biloba extraction is 4.83%.The content of flavone of gynostemma pentaphyllum extraction is 3.58%.The content of flavone of mixed Chinese medicine extraction is 5.76%.So the mixed Chinese medicine extraction is better than the single Chinese medicine extraction.The experimental results of this thesis provide the fundamental theories for preparing flavone extracts and anti-cardiovascular agents.
