基于AHP-FCE的露天矿山作业环境安全评价模型

摘    要:为了科学地评价露天矿山作业环境,建立矿山作业环境的多级模糊层次分析模型,该模型分为4个一级指标和19个二级指标项.采用层次分析法(AHP)和多级模糊综合评判(FCE)相结合的综合评判方法对国内某露天矿山作业环境进行综合安全评价.研究表明,层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合进行露天矿山作业环境安全综合评价可以为矿山的危害辨识、安全管理提供科学参考及决策依据.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the working environments of open pit mines scientifically,the model of working environments was set up based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).This model was divided into 4 first-grade indexes and their 19 second-grade indexes.The model adopted a comprehensive assessment method which combined FCE and AHP.The results showed that the comprehensive assessment method could provide a scientific basis for decision making on hazard identification and safety management for open pit mines.
