Discussion on Sustainable Development of Urban Planning and Construction during Economic Transformation in Leiyang City

For resource-based city,it is imperative for economy to transit.In transition period,there are a wide range of pressures and problems like industrial transformation,reorganization and resource environment.In this paper,based on Leiyang history and current situation of urban development,the need for economic transition of resource-based cities was analyzed,a transition goal of Urban Planning and Construction was put forward,and effective measures of its sustainable development were discussed.
