二维动脉瘤的血液动力学分析及数值模拟

摘    要:本文运用ALE方法对不同形状的二维动脉瘤及其载瘤动脉内的血流情况进行了数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行了比较分析.结果表明,同一动脉瘤及其载瘤动脉内不同时刻的速度场和压力场分布情况非常相似,速度和压力的最大值与最小值也分别在相同的区域达到.不同的AR值的动脉瘤内都形成了一个环流区,环流中心的半径随着AR值得增大而增大,而动脉瘤入口右侧的速度随着AR值的增加而减小,压力随着AR值得减小而升高.

Abstract:In this paper,blood flow in the two-dimensional aneurysm and its parent artery are simulated by using ALE method.The results of simulation are analyzed in comparison.The results show that velocity field and pressure field distribution in the same aneurysm and its parent artery at different time are very similar.The maximum and minimum values of speed and pressure are achieved in the same area,respectively.Blood flow in the aneurysm within different AR has formed a circulationarea,and the radius of the circulation center increases with AR increase.The entrance velocity on the right side of aneurysm decreases with the increase of the AR,but the pressure at the same area increases with the increase of AR.
