超支化Boltorn聚酯对Co离子的封装研究

摘    要:以苯1,2,4-三羧酸-1,2-酐为改性剂,对端羟基的超支化Boltorn聚酯进行改性。将改性后的超支化聚酯对金属钴离子进行封装,制备出具有超支化结构的金属配合物,并利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、紫外光谱仪和热分析仪等仪器对其结构和性质进行了表征。研究发现改性后的超支化聚酯依靠金属配位键的作用对钴离子的进行封装,金属钴离子与羧基的配位形式属于单齿配位。金属配合物的热稳定性曲线显示,配合物分解温度主要集中在260~460℃。

Abstract:The hyperbranched Boltorn polyester,with the hydroxyl as the end group,is modified with benzene 1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid 1,2-anhydride. Co ion is encapsulated in modified hyperbranched Boltorn polyester to produce metal coordination. Its structure and property is characterized by UV spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer. It was found that the force in the encapsulation process was coordination bond,the Coordination form between Co ion and modified hyperbranched Boltorn polyester was single tooth coordination. Result of TGA showed that the decomposition temperature of metal complex was within 260 ~ 460 ℃.
