| 摘 要： | 采用Starky-Na2S2O3和Waksman液体培养基以及Starky-Na2S2O3-琼脂固体培养基,从某矿矿坑水中分离、纯化得到一株新的氧化硫硫杆菌,并初步研究了这株氧化硫硫杆菌在液体培养基Starky-Na2S2O3和W aksman中的生长情况,发现W aksman培养基更适合用来培养这株氧化硫硫杆菌.

| Abstract: | Strains of Thiobacillus thiooxidans were isolated from the underground cave water in a mine in Hunan province by using the liquid medium,Waksman.One strain of Thiobacillus thiooxidans was obtained from the strains by using the solid medium,Starky-Na2S2O3-agar.The strain was cultivated in two liquid media,Starky-Na2S2O3 and Waksman,respectively.It was found that the liquid medium,Waksman,is more adequate to cultivate the strain. |
