微波照射花岗岩型铀矿石试样力学特性试验研究

摘    要:为了探究花岗岩型铀矿石在微波照射下的裂隙演化和强度变化规律及破碎特征。利用JYC-3型微波高温焙烧炉,微波功率为1 kW、2 kW和3 kW分别对干燥试样和水饱和试样照射30 min和45 min,再进行自然冷却和水淬冷却;采用RMT-150B岩石力学试验机对冷却后的试样进行单轴压缩试验,分析其裂隙演化和强度变化规律及其破碎特征。研究结果表明:铀矿石试样的抗压强度随微波功率的增加而急剧降低,微波功率从1 kW上升到2 kW时,铀矿石试样的抗压强度降低了10.63%;微波功率从2 kW上升到3 kW时,铀矿石试样的抗压强度降低了21.3%;功率相同时增强照射时间能有效的降低试样的抗压强度;水淬冷却后试样的抗压强度比自然冷却的强度低;微波照射下水饱和试样比干燥试样更容易在早期开裂。

Abstract:In order to explore the fracture evolution, strength variation and fracture characteristics of granite type uranium ore under microwave irradiation. Jyc-3 microwave high temperature roaster with microwave power of 1 kW, 2 kW and 3 kW was used to irradiate dry samples and water saturated samples for 30 min and 45 min respectively, and then natural cooling and water quenching cooling were carried out; RMT-150B rock mechanics testing machine is used to carry out uniaxial compression test on the cooled samples, and the fracture evolution, strength change law and fracture characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of uranium ore samples decreases sharply with the increase of microwave power. When the microwave power increases from 1 kW to 2 kW, the compressive strength of uranium ore decreases by 10.63%; When the microwave power increases from 2 kW to 3 kW, the compressive strength of uranium ore decreases by 21.3%; At the same power, increasing the irradiation time can also effectively reduce the sample strength; The strength of water quenched samples decreased by 8.70% more than that of natural cooling samples; Compared with dry samples, water saturated samples are easier to crack in the early stage under microwave irradiation.
