| 摘 要： | 针对现有密闭容器中物料料位监测装置存在透明法兰盘受密闭容器内多相物料的沾染造成透明法兰盘模糊不清,严重影响摄像头对密闭容器内的多相物料料位进行监测的问题,设计了一种带磁力驱动清洗装置的密闭容器多相物料料位监测装置,通过分析主要承力部件法兰盘的强度并进行了优化,确保了对监视窗口进行清洗的可靠性,为实现密闭容器内物料的实时和可持续监测奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | In view of the material position monitoring device in the closed container,the transparent flange plate is contaminated by the contamination of the multiphase material in the closed container,which seriously affects the monitoring of the multi-phase material position in the closed container,a multi-phase material level monitoring device for closed container with magnetic drive cleaning device has been designed.By analyzing the flange plate,which is main load-bearing components and optimizing the flange plate,the reliability of cleaning the monitoring window has been ensured,and the basis of real-time and continuous monitoring of the multiphase material in the closed container is provided. |
