低碱度钢渣基油井及地热井胶凝材料的研究—V钢渣的膨胀及抑制

摘    要:通过XRD、DTA -TG、OM等手段研究了钢渣的膨胀及抑制机理。结果表明 :RO相在压蒸条件下是相对稳定的 ;f—CaO较高会影响蒸养安定性 ;压蒸安定性不良是由于方镁石含量较高所致 ,硅质材料能有效地抑制其膨胀

Abstract:This paper study expansion of steel slag and restrain method of it by using XRD?DTA-TG?OM and etc..Results indicate,RO phase is stable comparatively with that of other phase under hydrothermal condition.The existence off-CaO affluence hydrothermal stability of steel slag,this is due to the high content of periclase,but the material with silica can restrain this expansion effectively.
