特征参数化方法在竞赛机器人设计中的应用

摘    要:简述了特征参数化设计方法的基本涵义及其在Pro/E系统中实现的基本途径,并将该设计方法应用于竞赛机器人的设计。运用特征参数化方法可实现:机器人机构设计参数化模型的建立;传动模型的生成与修改;虚拟装配以检验设计的合理性;运动分析和动态仿真,收集相关信息改进设计;众多零部件的工程图纸的快速生成。经在西南科技大学竞赛机器人设计中运用,提高了设计的灵活性,缩短了研制周期,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:The basic meaning of characteristical parametric design was given,as well as the basic approach to realize it in Pro/Engineering system.Through the method,the parametric model for the mechanic design of robot was built;the drive model was developed and modified;the visual assembly was applied to test the rationality of the design;kinematics analysis and dynamic simulation were used to collect relevant information to improve the design;and the engineering drawing of many parts was created rapidly.The application of the design in the robot design contest of Southwest University of Science and Technology,boosts the agility of the design,shortens the manufacturing cycle and advances the efficiency.
