附子浸渍液对银纹夜蛾杀虫活性的初步研究

摘    要:利用中药材附子炮制过程产生的大量废液中的生物碱进行害虫防治研究。用酸碱滴定法(药典法)测定附子浸渍液总生物碱含量,平均为0.0680 mg/mL。毒力测定结果表明,附子浸渍液对银纹夜蛾具有较高的毒性,Lc50为原液稀释5.8546倍。室内药效试验证明,附子浸溃液稀释2倍和5倍液对银纹夜蛾具有较高的杀虫活性,药后48 h触杀活性校正虫口减退率分别达到91.51%和88.15%;胃毒杀虫活性校正虫口减退率分别达到72.43%和 68.96%。其触杀活性高于胃毒杀虫活性。可进一步进行田间药效试验。

Abstract:Research on pest prevention is carried out using the alkaloid in the waste fluid while producing medicines with the aconite, and the total alkaloid content of the aconitic steep is 0.0680mg/ml in average measured with the Titration of Acid and Alkali (Pharmacopoeia Method). The toxicity test shows that the aconitic steep has high toxicity against Plusia agnata, LC50 being 5. 8546 times' diluted original steep. The laboratory experiment shows, the aconitic steep diluted 2 times and 5 times has higher insecticidal activity against Plusia agnata. After 48h, the contact insecticidal activity corrected mortality rates reach 91. 51% and 88.15% respectively for the 2 times and 5 times diluted aconitic steep, and the stomach insecticidal activity corrected mortality rates reach 72. 43% and 68. 96% respectively. The contact insecticidal activity is higher than the stomach insecticidal activity, which are commonly used field chemical pesticide. Further field experiment on the pesticide effectiveness can be carried out.
