低碱度磨细钢渣混凝土的性能研究

摘    要:对掺入磨细电炉氧化钢渣的混凝土的抗压强度及抗渗性、抗冻性、抗碳化等耐久性能进行了研究。结果表明:低碱度电炉氧化钢渣具有一定反应活性,适量磨细钢渣掺入混凝土中对混凝土抗压强度以及耐久性能无显著影响,但掺量以不超过20%为宜;将磨细钢渣与磨细粉煤灰或矿渣混掺可以发挥复合效应,提高掺合料的活性,改善混凝土的性能。

Abstract:The properties of concrete incorporating ground electric furnace slag,including compressive strength and durability such as permeability,freezing-thaw resistance and carbonation of this kind of concrete were studied.The test results show that incorporating suitable amount of ground electric furnace slag can improve the compressive strength and durability of concrete. When ground electric furnace slag with ground fly ash or blast furnace slag are added into concrete together,the performance of concrete can be improved further due to the synergistic effect.
