摘    要:吉林省大安市是松嫩平原土壤盐渍化最严重的地区之一,境内土壤及地表水中易溶盐分量以HCO3-(CO23-)、Na+含量较多,其次为Cl-、SO2-4,以及少量的Mg2+、Ca2+、K+等。为了研究不同易溶盐在干湿交替作用下对混凝土耐久性的影响,在复合盐与干湿交替双重因素作用下混凝土耐久性试验研究的基础上,根据复合盐—干湿循环试验中的基准混凝土配合比与质量分数为15%的复合盐溶液中易溶盐的类型和用量,分别配制了3种单盐溶液与清水,对混凝土进行单盐—干湿循环对比试验。结果表明,在干湿循环条件下,硫酸盐、氯盐与碳酸氢盐均对混凝土材料有较强的腐蚀性,各种有害盐对混凝土的侵蚀破坏作用造成的叠加效应,加剧了混凝土的腐蚀破坏。

Comparing experimental study on the concrete performance under the condition of the salt corrosion and dry-wet cycles

Abstract:Da’an city in Jilin province is one of the most serious region where has the most serious soil salinization in the Songnen plain.In the soil and surface water,the dissolved salt components HCO-3(CO2-3) and Na+ are the most,followed by Cl-and SO2-4,and small amounts of Mg2+,Ca2+,K+,etc.In this paper,in order to study the influence on the durability of concrete by the different soluble salts under the condition of dry-wet cycles,and according to the dissolved salt type and dosage in the composite salt solution of 15%,we separately compose three kinds of single salt solution and water to make tests on the concrete dry-wet cycle comparing.The results show that sulfate,chlorine salt and bicarbonate can cause corrosive action to concrete under the condition of dry-wet cycles,and the superimposition effects caused by each harmful salt can make the corrosive damage to the concreter more seriously.
