| 摘 要： | 通过对无阀压电泵样机的实验,发现噪声是阻碍压电泵广泛应用原因之一。在此基础上,不仅对压电振子、腔体中流体、驱动电压波形以及驱动电压、频率等因素产生噪声的原因进行了分析,而且提出降低无阀压电泵噪声的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on testing the prototype of the valve-less piezoelectric pump,it was found that the pump noise hindered the extensive practices of the pump.The paper not only analyzed the reasons piezoelectric vibrator,fluid in pump,drive voltage wave,drive voltage and frequency etc,but also put forward some measures about reducing the valve-less piezoelectric pump noise. |
