双台子河口地区海陆分界线研究

摘    要:河口地区通常蕴含着丰富的滩涂资源和便利的通航条件,土地、水利、海洋等部门高度关注,但由于该地区受到地形、地貌、水流动力以及生态环境等社会经济因素影响,导致不同河口地区海岸线的确定方法成为一直没有完全解决的难题。依据中水东北公司科研院承担的“辽河口综合整治规划(第二阶段)”课题,以双台子河口为研究对象,通过长江口、黄河口等4个海岸线的比较分析,提取了几何形态、盐度、地貌、径流潮流作用等确定河口地区海陆分界线的核心要素,并以此为基础,结合双台子河口地区的实测数据,确立了双台子河口的海陆分界线为(北纬40°52′43.37″,东经121°45′40.90″)和(北纬40°52′8.57″,东经121°49′32.26″)两点的连线。基于上述研究结果,为土地、水利、海洋等部门提出了河口地区海陆分界线划分建议。

The Research on Sea Land Demarcation Lines in Shuangtaizi Estuary
Abstract:Estuaries are usually contains the rich tideland resources and convenient navigation condition , which attract great attentions by land ,water conservancy and marine department .Because the region is in‐fluenced by topography and geomorphology ,flow dynamics ,and the ecological environment and other so‐cial economic factors ,the identifications of different sea land demarcation lines become the problems w hich have not been fully resolved .According to the project of “Liaohe Comprehensive Improvement Planning”(second phase) undertaken by China Water Northeastern Academy Institute ,this paper extracts the geom‐etry ,salinity ,and landscape ,run off trend and some factors to determine the core elements of estuary re‐gion dividing line between the land and sea ,with Shuangtaizi estuary as the research object ,through the comparative analysis of the four river estuary coasts including Yangtze estuary and Yellow estuary .On this base ,combing with real time measured data ,the sea land demarcation lines has been confirmed in Shuang‐taizi estuary .The two attachments are (latitude 40°52′43 .37″,east longitude 121°45′40 .90″) and (latitude 40°52′8 .57″,east longitude 121°49′32 .26″) .Based on the above research results ,estuary sea‐land demar‐cation line suggestions are put forward for land ,water conservancy ,Marine and some other departments .
