摘    要:采用RNGk-ε湍流模型对相同倾斜入射角不同扇形扩展角的气膜冷却单孔射流流场下游的流动和传热特性进行了详细的数值模拟,对相同吹风比下的冷却效率进行了比较分析。

Numerical study on effects of jet angles on film-cooling effectiveness

Abstract:To investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics downstream of jet issuing unmorally into a CrossFlow,using two different shape jet holes have been numerically simulated.The simulation is based on control volume method and RNG k-ε model.The film cooling effectiveness at the same jet-to-crossflow velocity ratio have been compared.The results suggest that: for a cone-shaped hole with γ to be 30°,streamwize angle α=30°,the film cooling effectiveness of velocity ratio M=0.7 was the highest,the ptimal jet-to-crossflow velocity ratio was M=0.5 for the round jet hole with streamwize angle α=30°,the round jet hole had a recooled the wall,the cone angle、streamwize angle and the reynolds were influence the film cooling effectiveness.
