焦化废水中苯酚及其同系物的吸附试验研究

摘    要:针对4种焦化废水中苯酚和7种苯酚同系物的检测方法和吸附试验进行了研究,并对吸附前后的水质进行了对比。以粉末活性炭作为吸附剂,以苯酚的去除率为指标,采用高效液相色谱检测方法,考察了吸附的温度、pH值以及活性炭投加量3个条件。试验结果表明,吸附温度在20℃(室温)、pH值为2.0以及投加量为40~80g·L-1活性炭时,4种焦化废水中的8种酚类物质的去除效率均能达到97%以上,COD的去除效率84%以上。活性炭处理焦化废水的去除效率高、实验操作简便、成本低。

The adsorption experiment study on phenol and its homolog in coking waster water

Abstract:The study is on the detection method and adsorption experiment of phenol and its seven homologs in four types of coking waste water, and comparing the water qualities before and after the adsorption. With the powdered activated carbon as the adsorbent, the removal rate of phenol as the indicator, the HPLC method, the three conditions of adsorption have been investigated including adsorbed temperature, pH val‐ue, and the activated carbon dosage. The experiment result shows that, at 20 ℃ (room temperature), with pH of 2. 0 and the activated carbon dosage of 40-80 g · L^ -1, the removal rates of 8 phenolic compounds in four types of coking waste water all can reach over 97% and the removal rate of COD can reach over 84%. The activated carbon treatment has the advantages of the high removal rate, simple experiment operation, low cost, and with very good economic and environmental benefits.
