摘    要:提出了一种基于配电自动化系统,通过检测到的现场断路器和柱上开关等设备的反馈信息完成对10kV配电网单相接地故障,故障段的定位,利用离散小波变换、行波测距原理在此故障段上分别完成对接地故障点的故障选线精确定位。最后进行了实例验证,仿真结果表明,利用行波测距原理能够对难干准确定位的故障类型精确定位,并且算法简单,易于硬件实现,对配电网精确故障定位装置的研制提供了理论和技术依据。

Abstract:Based on Power distribution auto system and present circuit breaker and switches on the column, they provide the information through circuit breaker and switches on the column measured information to fulfill the breakdown position,using principle of line wave range finder to finish exact position to breakdown in the breakdown place.Finally,testing the examples, the imitation results and the examples show using line wave range finder principle can make exact position to the difficult and exact position of the type of the break- down,and being simple to calculate,less to consume time,easy to perform hardware.It provides the theory and technology evidence to the research of power distri- bution net breakdown to make exact position.
