冻融环境下引气剂对钢筋与混凝土黏结性能影响的试验研究

摘    要:针对冻融环境下钢筋与混凝土结构黏结性能劣化的问题开展试验研究。以引气剂掺入量和冻融循环次数为变动因素制作了3批共9组钢筋混凝土试件,采用快速冻融试验和钢筋中心拔出试验方法,研究了冻融环境下不同掺量引气混凝土与钢筋之间的黏结应力、滑移量,对比分析了引气剂对冻融环境下钢筋与混凝土黏结性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,掺入一定量引气剂可使试件的冻融损伤现象得到缓解,冻融环境下钢筋混凝土的黏结性能得到明显改善。

The Experimental Research on the Effect of Air-entraining Agent to the BondingPerformance of Reinforcement and Concrete under the Environment of Freeze-thaw
Abstract:In this article,the experimental study on the deterioration of bonding performance between reinforcement and concrete structures under freeze-thaw condition is carried out.A total of 9 sets of reinforced concrete specimens are prepared by using air entraining agent and freezing and thawing cycles as variable factors.The rapid freeze-thaw test and the method of reinforcement pull-out are used to study the bonding stress and slippage on the bonding performance of reinforcement and concrete with different dosages of air-entraining agent under freeze-thaw environment,and to make a compared analysis to the influence law of bonding performance between reinforcement and concrete under freeze-thaw environment.The experimental results show that a certain amount of air-entraining agent can alleviate the freeze-thaw damage of the specimen,and improve the bonding performance of the reinforcement and concrete in the freeze-thaw environment.
