煤种对NO_x生成影响的数值研究

摘    要:燃煤过程产生的污染物对大气造成的影响越来越严重,控制NO_x排放是解决环境污染的重要研究方向。采用数值模拟方法,研究入口温度分别为1 526℃、1 626℃,不同煤种在炉膛内的燃烧过程,并对燃烧过程中生成的NO_x影响因素进行分析。结果表明:中挥发分煤(mv)燃烧生成的NO_x最多,低挥发分煤(lv)燃烧生成的NO_x最少;热力型NO_x的生成与温度有很直接的关系,其计算结果可为今后的工业性实验提供理论依据。

The Numerical Study on Influence to NOx by Coal
Abstract:The atmospheric pollution caused by coal combustion is increasingly concerned,so the controlling NOx emissions is becoming a very important issue to resolve during the coal combustion process.In this paper,numerical simulation has been performed to investigate the NOxdischarge during different coals under different combustion temperatures of 1 526 ℃、1 626 ℃ respectively.The influencing factors to NOx formation have been analyzed and summarized.Simulation results show that:the middling-volatile coal (mv) combustion generates the most NOx;the low-volatile coal (lv) combustion generates the least NOx;the thermal NOx generation has a direct relationship with the temperature,and the algorithm results can provide a theoretical basis for future industrial experiment.
