摘    要:运用ANSYS Workbench对重载十字轴式万向联轴器节叉进行三维几何建模,等效应力分析得到危险截面的最大Equivalent Von‐Mises Stress与节叉实际应用时断裂失效的位置相符。并对节叉进行了改进优化设计,确定了节叉在承受一定载荷变化的范围内节叉尺寸、质量、等效应力最小化、整体变形最小化的最优设计参数。结果表明,优化设计改善了节叉应力集中。为节叉设计奠定了理论基础,减少了节叉因设计不合理出现断裂的现象,提升了工效和设计质量。

The stress analysis and optimization of heavy-duty universal coupling joint fork
Abstract:The geometry model of heavy‐duty cross shaft universal coupling joint fork is built based on AN‐SYS Workbench .The maximum Equivalent Von‐Mises Stress of dangerous section from equivalent effec‐tive stress analysis is coincident with the fracture failure position where joint fork actual application .Opti‐mization design of joint fork is carried out .The optimal design parameters of joint fork dimensions ,the quality ,the equivalent stress minimization ,and the total deformation minimization under load range are determined .The results show that the optimization design improves joint fork stress concentration .It lays the theoretical foundation for joint fork design ,reduces fork fracture phenomenon caused by the unreason‐able design ,and improves the working efficiency and design quality .
