地方性本科院校大学生就业观的调查与探讨——以龙岩学院为例

大学生的就业观随着时代的发展而变化,而且地方性本科院校数量多、发展快,其培养的大学生在就业观上与综合性大学的学生相比有共性,但理应有自己的个性。通过对地方性本科院校大学生就业方式和就业观念进行调查,发现地方性本科院校大学生在就业时呈现出勇于迎接挑战、接受新事物的能力强等优点,又存在就业期望值高、社会责任感不强、功利性强等问题,这些问题将对其职业生涯产生不利的影响,为此有必要通过对学生、高校和家庭等方面进行教育和引导,转变就业观念,以实现顺利就业。

Investigation and Discussion onViews of Employment among Local College Students-- Using Longyan College as an Example

Views on employment among college students have changed with times. Local colleges have been developing at a fast pace over the years. Students of these colleges share some common ideas with students from comprehensive universities, hut they have their own personalities. The research on local college students shows that they are not afraid of meeting the challenges and willing to accept the new environment, but they also have problems of high expectations on jobs, weak sense of social responsibility and having utilitarian notion in them. These problems will play a negative role in their career development. Adequate guidance and instruction for students, colleges as well as families are necessary for students to change the concept of employment to achieve successful employment.
