| 摘 要： | "知畏惧成人,知羞耻成人.知艰难成人"家训对人的成长有着重要的规范作用.要让今人经受"三成人"家训的历练,可用通过恢复中小学劳动课、大学生下厂下乡锻炼、义务服兵役,增加警示教育等渠道来实现,加上从小辅以如<朱子家训>之类易于诵读记忆、从生活身边小事做起的具有时代特色的行为教育,对构建和谐社会是大有裨益的.
