| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国的预售房地产市场高速增长,虽然可以促进我国人民住房条件的改善,但过高的房价也给房地产预售市场带来了较大的风险.本文对预售房地产市场存在的问题,房地产预售各参与方存在的风险及表现、以房地产预售市场风险产生的原因及解决方法作了初步的分析.
