对当前农村金融体制深化改革中若干问题的探讨

文章通过对“九五”期间我国农村金融体制改革基本情况和“十五”期间农村经济走向及其对金融服务要求的分析,结合现阶段农村经济体制基本特征以及农村经济结构调整中将出现的一些新情况,阐述了对当前农村金融体制深化改革中一些重大问题的看法,并借鉴日本、荷兰等国经验,对改革过程中所应解决的主要问题提出了一些意见和建议。

Some Aspects about Strengthening the Current Rural Financial System Reform

This paper presents some opinions about some aspects in deepening the current rural financial system reform, after an analysis of the situation in the rural financial system reform during the Ninth Five-year Plan, the rural economic tendency, the demand for financial service in the Tenth Five-year Plan, and the features in current economic system and some will-be phenomena in the adjustment of the rural economic structure. The author also puts forward some proposals on the problems to be solved during the reform after referring to the experience in Japan , Holland and other countries.
