台湾与闽西客家典借习俗的渊源关系

胎借作为文书制作上具有固定体例成熟的借贷形式流行于我国的闽南、台湾一带。台湾胎借与闽南胎借两者一脉相承。台湾胎借与闽西客家民间典当立契格式上大同小异,实质上都属民间典当范畴。笔者认为,台湾和包括闽南、闽西在内的整个福建,自明清至民国时期民间自发发生主要以田宅为质押的典当交易均可称之为"民间典当",以示与传统放贷机构意义上的典当的区别。台湾胎借与包括闽西客家在内的整个福建的民间典当都有着密不可分的联系。两岸借贷习俗密不可分的关系从一个侧面展现了中华文化透过这样一种习俗形式,在台湾的生根和发芽。
