关于工作绩效问卷编制的探讨

摘    要:为了探讨工作绩效问卷的因素结构,采用Scotter&Motowidlo的绩效模型并参考Scotter&Motowidlo的绩效量表,运用访谈法、关键事件法、工作分析法和问卷调查法进行编制.自编工作绩效问卷分为三个维度,任务绩效V1、工作奉献V2和人际促进V3,共12个项目.编制的工作绩效问卷具有良好的信度和效度,对管理工作和绩效评定具有理论和现实意义.

Abstract:In order to investigate the structure of job performance,the standard research methods,such as regression analysis,correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis are employed in this paper.More than 216 cases have been surveyed.The job performance is composed of 3 factors: task-performance,dedication and facilitation of interpersonal relations.The questionnaire of job performance has great reliability and validity.
