孔子的教育思想博大精深,其关于学习的思想主要体现在《论语》一书中。当前正处于创建学习型党组织的主要时期,借鉴孔子的学习观对高校学习型党组织的创建有重要的启发作用。从学习目的、学习态度、学习方法等方面归纳孔子的学习观,并进一步研究探讨孔子的学习观对高校创建学习型党组织的启示,有利于推动高校党建工作的发展。

Confucian Views of Learning and Implications on Establishment of Learning-oriented Party Organizations in Universities

Confucius thoughts on education are extensive and profound.His ideas on learning are mainly shown in the Analects.At the present time of establishing the learning-oriented Party organizations,Confucius ideas of learning has provided implications on ways of building learning-oriented Party organizations in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper tries to conclude Confucius ideas of learning by learning objectives,learning attitudes and learning methods.Meanwhile,further exploration into implications of Confucius ideas of learning on establishing learning-oriented Party organizations in universities and colleges have also been discussed so as to promote the development of the Party construction in universities.
