大学生“驻村任职”实践与大学生村官计划

从20世纪90年代一些省份率先开始招聘大学生担任农村基层干部开始,大学生村官计划实行了十多年的时间,根据多方调研表明大学生村官计划对引导大学生择业就业,为社会主义新农村建设发挥了重要作用,但也存在一些问题,为了确保大学生村官下得去、呆得住、干得好、流得动,结合龙岩学院多年来的在校大学生"驻村任职"实践模式,对大学生村官任前培养机制,尤其是在校大学生"驻村任职"实践与大学生村官计划的对接作一点探讨。

On Connections between Practice of Village Cadre Assistants and Plan of Village Cadres
