| 摘 要： | 文章在分析乌鲁木齐河流域水环境现状的基础上,针对该流域水环境面临的问题,论述了加强乌鲁木齐河流域水环境保护的重要性和必要性,并提出保护乌鲁木齐河流域水环境及生态环境的一些对策与建议,以期实现其社会经济、水资源与生态环境之间的协调发展.

| Abstract: | This paper is on the basis of analysis on the present situation of water environment in the Urumqi River Basin, discusses the importance to enhance water environmental protection facing to the wa- ter environment problems in this basin. So some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in order to improve the water environment and ecological environment in the Urumqi River Basin. This realizes coor- dination development among its social economy, water resource and ecological environment. |
