新疆高校课余体育训练教练员状况的调查与分析

文章主要运用问卷调查等方法,对新疆23所普通高校课余体育训练的教练员进行调查,结果表明新疆高校课余体育训练教练员以中青年为主体,年龄结构较合理;教练员学历层次较高,以大学本科为主体;职称以讲师为主,少数民族教练副教授以上职称较少,少数民族教练员学历结构单一。教练员最高运动经历较低;缺少培训的机会;工作量大,负担重;带队福利待遇差。并提出相应的对策,为新疆普通高校课余体育训练教练员的未来发展和新疆高校训练水平的发展提出了改革性建议和有益的参考依据。

Investigation and Analysis of Coaches for after-school PE Training in Xinjiang Institutions of Higher Learning

The paper has examined the current conditions of after-school PE training coaches in 23 colleges and institutions in Xinjiang by questionnaires.It shows the following facts: young and middle-aged coaches take a large proportion,with a reasonable age structure;their academic levels are high,as mojority of them have undergraduate diplomas;As for their academic title,most of them are mostly lecturers,and less are associate professors;ethnic coaches have single educational source;coaches have less sports experiences and lack training opportunities;they are heavily burdened by large amount of work and the training welfare is unfavorable.Based on this condition,the paper has put forward some suggestions for future development of after-school PE training coaches in Xinjiang institutions of higher learning.
