| 摘 要： | 附加标注信息的语音数据库在语音识别研究中的作用十分重要。本介绍了我们开发的维吾尔语音数据库手工标注系统的功能及其在实现过程中采用的一些技术，并阐明了对语音数据库进行标注的重要性及切分的基本原理。
