石榴花中红色素的提取及工艺研究

摘    要:石榴花红色素是一种优质的天然红色索,在医药、食品、轻工业等行业具有广泛的应用价值。本文以石榴花作为原料,对石榴花红色素的提取条件进行了系统研究,采用了单因素和正交试验确定了浸提溶剂浓度、提取温度、料液比,提取时间及提取次数对石榴花红色素提取的影响。结果表明:石榴花红色素的最大吸收波长λmax=500nm,从石榴花中提取色素的最佳工艺条件:以pH(2~3)的50%的乙醇为浸提剂、浸提温度为40℃、提取时间3h、料液比为1:10、提取次数4次。

Study on the Extraction Technology of Pomegranate Flower’s Red Pigment

Abstract:Pomegranate flower’s red pigment is a natural red pigment with high quality.It has widely application value in medicine,food and light industries.In this paper pomegranate flowers were chosen as raw materials for extract pomegranate red pigment,the extraction conditions is studied systematically,the effects of extracting solvent concentration,temperature,material liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of pomegranate flower’s red pigment were determined by using a single factor and orthogonal test.The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of pomegranate flowers red pigment is 500nm,the optimum technological condition of extracted red pigment from pomegranate flowers were: 50% ethanol with pH(2 ~ 3) could be used as extracting solvent,the temperature of extraction was 40 ℃,extraction time was 3h,material liquid ratio was 1:10,extraction times were 4 times.
