| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,石油是全球消费比例最高的能源.石油具有特殊的地缘政治战略价值,随着经济快速发展,石油短缺逐渐成为中国能源安全的一个重要因素.广泛参与国际石油领域的合作,有效合理地建立石油储备体系有利于我国在国际政治、经济角逐中处于主动地位.

| Abstract: | Get into 21century, the petroleum is a world to consume the tallest energy in comparison currently. The petroleum has special geopolitical strategy value. Following the quick economic develop- ment, the lack of petroleum is becoming an important factor of energy safety of China. Extensive coopera- tion with international realm of petroleum. Effective reasonable storage system of the establishment petro- leum is advantageous to our country be placed in active position in the international politics and the econo- my. |
