摘    要:作为课程直接实施者的教师,其素质和专业化水平直接影响教育目标的达成和教育的发展.教师的专业发展是课程改革成败的关键,因此,教师的专业发展被作为一项重要的策略.文章从教师专业发展的现状、必要性和发展途径三个方面浅谈这一问题.

Abstract:As a teacher who directly carries out teaching activity, his or her quality and level of special- ized knowledge exert great influence on the completion of teaching aim and the development of education. Improving teachers'specialized knowledge is critical to the curricular reform.Therefore,the develop- ment of teachers'specialized knowledge is regarded as an important strategy for the curricular and teaching reform in nearly all the countries,no exception for our country.This essay deals with this issue from three aspects:the current situation,the necessity and the ways of the development of teachers'special- ized knowledge;
