唐山沿海地区经济发展定位研究

河北省唐山市原是一个以工业为主的老工业城市,长期以来,唐山将经济重心放在市政府所在的中部地区,从政策、资金和人才等方面给予大量倾斜支持,这给唐山经济的确带来了一定发展,但出于唐山作为一个沿海城市,处在环渤海经济圈和京津唐大三角的地域中,唐山经济发展今后应该突出沿海地区经济发展的战略地位,文章从唐山经济发展战略转移的角度出发,分析了唐山沿海地区经济发展的现状、问题与对策,试图对唐山沿海地区经济发展给予明确定位,并提对出沿海地区的经济发展战略。

On the Positioning of the Economic Development in Coastal Area in Tangshan

Tangshan is originally an old industrial city which,for long time,has put its economic focus on the central part of the city where the city government is located and given supports in the respects of policy,capital and talented people.This has really brought about development in economy,but as a coatal city in the area of the Bohai Economic Circle and the Triangular of Beijing,Tianjing and Tangshan,Tangshan must from now on place the economic development of the coastal area in a prominent stategic position.This paper,from the viewpoint of Tangshan economic development,analyzes the present conditions of the economic deveopment of the coastal area,its problems and counterplans,and attempts to definitely define its position,and puts forward the strategy of economic development.
