和田茴香籽总黄酮体内抗氧化抗疲劳试验研究

摘    要:文章探讨新疆和田茴香籽黄酮类化合物体内抗氧化抗疲劳生理功效。采用对照组及新疆和田茴香籽黄酮类化合物低、中、高三个不同浓度剂量组灌胃小鼠25天后对其血清与肝脏的超氧化歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase SOD)活性、丙二醛(Maleic Dialdehyde MDA)含量及肌糖原、肝糖原、血清尿素氮、血乳酸水平等进行测试,并进行负重游泳实验。揭示和田茴香籽黄酮类化合物能增强小鼠血清和肝脏的SOD活性,降低MDA的含量,延长小鼠付重游泳时间,提高肝糖原、肌糖原的储备量,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素和血乳酸水平。因而新疆和田茴香籽黄酮类化合物具明显抗氧化抗疲劳生理功效。

Antioxidant and Antifatigue Activities of Flavonoid from the Seeds of Foeniculum Vulgare Hotian

Abstract:ObjectiveTo research on biological effect of antioxidant and a ntifatigue of flavonoids from the seeds of foeniculurn vulgare Hotan. Methods Using the flavonoid from seeds of fennel of low, middle and high dosage, then respecting comparing with control group. Results The flavonoid from seeds of fennel could enhance the SOD activities of mice blood and liver, decrease the MDA content of mice blood and liv- er, obviously prolong the swimming time of loaded mice, increase the content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen, and decrease the blood urea nitrogen in mice after swimming. Conclusion The seeds of foenicu- lure vulgare Hotan flavonoids had the antioxidant and antifatigue function.
