新疆蜗牛酶的研制

摘    要:以野生蜗牛嗉囊为原料提取蜗牛酶产品,检测所含纤维素酶、淀粉酶的活性,对其蜗牛酶产品进一步测试,结果表明新疆蜗牛酶中的纤维素酶活力为450U/g淀粉酶为405U/g。验证了新疆蜗牛酶中纤维素酶的活力很高。

Abstract:Taking the wild snail Su bag as the raw material to extract the snail enzyme product,and determining the activity of cellulose enzyme and starch enzyme. Then making a further determination on the snail enzyme product.As the result that the activity of cellulose enzyme is 450U/g and 405U/g of starch enzyme.This result have verified that the activity of starch enzyme contained in Xinjiang snail enzyme is very high.
