开发建设绿色生态社区问题初探

近几年，关于绿色生态社区的研究在国内外逐渐兴起，成为建筑界、城市生态学研究的热点，由于它平衡了环境保护和人类社会经济发展之间的关系，被认为是可持续发展理论在城市发展中有效可行的具体应用。本首先归纳了绿色生态社区的内涵和特点，进而分析探讨了绿色生态社区在我国开发建设过程中应注意的问题。主要有两大类问题：一是建设绿色生态社区，即绿色生态社区从设计到取材、建筑施工，以及建成投入运营后的管理等方面应注意的问题；二是确保我国绿色生态社区健康发展的外部环境，即社会大环境还存在的问题，并针对问题提出了相应的对策。

A Preliminary Discussion on Developing Green Ecological Community

In recent years, studies on green ecological community have risen gradually in China and abroad and if has become a hot point in the field of construction and urban ecology. Because it can equilibrium the relations between environmental protection and the development of society and economy, it is regarded as a practical applied way of the theory of sustainable development. The study in the country started rather late. The paper first explains the concept of green ecological community, then analyzes the possible problems in the process of development of green ecological community in the country and puts forward several measures which need more discussion.
