| 摘 要： | 自1978年改革开放以来,中国开始了由传统农业社会向现代工业社会、传统计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制、封闭型社会向开放型社会的转型,立足于当代中国社会转型这一宏观背景,伴随着经济体制的改革和市场经济的发展,中国的国企改革走过了一条艰难的探索道路。本文就此问题作一探讨。

| Abstract: | From the reform and opening to the outside world in 1978, China has changed from traditional a-gricultural society to modern industrial society, from traditional planned economy system to socialist market e-conomy system, from closed society to opened society . Based on the macroscopic background of the transformation of modern Chinese society , with the restructure of economic system and the development of market economy , the reform of Chinese state - owned enterprises has gone through a hard exploration period. |
