摘    要:研究了多孔菌在不同碳源培养基中生长时对菌丝体生长及木质素酶(漆酶、多酚氧化酶、愈创木酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶)分泌的影响;结果表明,不同碳源对菌丝体生长影响较大,对四种酶类的分泌也有不同的影响,麦草粉和麸皮为碳源时能促进酶类的分泌。

Abstract:We studied the secretion of ligninase (laccasc, pycocatcchol oxidase, guaiaccal oxidasc, peroxidase) and mycclial growth when Polyporus sp. was cultivated in different carhon source medium. The result showed that the effect on mycclial growth was great in different carbon sources and was specific on the serction of the four enzymes. The wheat bran and wheat powder could induce the enzymes secretion as they were carbon sources.
