高职资源勘查类专业“科教结合、五方对接”创新型人才培养模式探索与实践

摘    要:高职资源勘查类专业具有鲜明的行业特色,结合其专业特色,探索并实践了“科教结合、五方对接”的创新型人才培养模式.通过产学研互动、校企合作的形式,以项目为依托,引入相关的科研思想、科研成果、科研方法,将课程对接技能、教学过程对接生产过程、教师对接工程师、学历证书对接职业资格证书、校园文化对接企业文化,培养可持续发展创新型高技能人才.

On Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talent Training Model of "Combination with Research and Teaching, Five Parties Joining " in Major of Resources Exploration at Higher Vocational Education

Abstract:Major of resources exploration at higher vocational education has distinct characteristics of the indus- try. According to professional characteristics, we have explored and practiced the innovative talent training model of "Combination with Research and Teaching,Five Parties Joining ". Through the form of interaction of industry - u- niversity -research and cooperation of university -enterprise, relying on the project, introduce the related research thoughts, research achievements, and research methods which puts the research into the classroom, takes courses joining skills, takes teaching process joining production process , takes teachers joining engineers, takes vocational qualification joining vocational qualification certificate, takes campus culture joining corporate culture. The model can train talented person who own features of sustainable development and high - skilled ability innovative mind.
