摘    要:“五步一体化专业导师制”人才培养模式中,“五步”即:第一步为大一新生作学习方法指导;第二步为大二学生作科技创新指导;第三步为大三学生作职业规划指导;第四步为大四学生作就业指导;第五步毕业后教学模式再完善.以德州学院机电工程系为例,对这种人才培养模式进行了探讨.实践表明,这种人才培养模式具有良好的创新型人才培养效果.

On Construction and Practice of Innovative Talents Cultivation Model of "Five step integration professional tutorial system"

Abstract:"Five step integration professional tutorial system" is a kind of innovative talents cultivation model. The "five steps" means : Step 1 is to guide learning method of freshmen ; Step 2 is to guide science and technology innovation ability of sophomore students ; Step 3 is junior students' career planning guidance ; Step 4 is employment guidance of senior college students; Step 5 is to further improve teaching mode after students graduate. According to the implementation of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering Department of Dezhou University, this kind of training model is discussed in this paper. Practice shows that the model has good effect to cultivate innovative tal- ents.
