| 摘 要： | 对于城乡一体化发展新趋势的概念有诸多不同的理解,可以从城乡发展新趋势的前提、基础、关键、保证四个角度与层次,对城乡一体化发展新趋势的概念进行重新的解读.顺应这种城乡一体化发展新趋势的要求,建立健全合理的行政效能评估体系与金融政策,大力发展乡镇企业,逐步完善城乡一体化发展新机制,对于形成城乡经济社会一体化新格局具有重要意义.
