| 摘 要： | 首先给出了关于工作满意度和工作绩效两个最新的观点,然后从唯物辨证法的角度对工作满意度和工作绩效可能存在的关系进行了系统地论述,并在此基础上提出了关于两者关系的一个综合模型,就此模型谈了几点启示和未来研究应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | After a brief review of two latest views on job satisfaction and job performance, this article attempts to discuss systematically the possible relationship between job satisfaction and job performance from the perspective of materialistic dialectics and then proposes a comprehensive model on the relationship between them. Some possible implications and problems with its future work are also discussed. |
