| 摘 要： | 经过二十多年的发展,山东省社区建设与服务事业取得了一定成绩,呈现社区服务设施数量增加,覆盖面扩大,社区服务队伍素质提高,社区服务对象和内容拓展延伸等新特点.但是山东省社区建设与服务也存在问题与不足,主要是服务设施的巨大需求与供给的不平衡、弱势社区居民的弱化趋势加强以及社区建设体制依然存在漏洞等,针对这些问题提出相应的对策建议,具有重要的现实意义.
