| 摘 要： | 目前调整域名纠纷的所适用法律主要是商标法、反不正当竞争法或民法中诚实信用原则,这样就不可避免地存在诸多问题,建议修改域名登记制度以预防域名纠纷的产生.

| Abstract: | The applicable law of adjusting the dispute of the domain name at present is mainly Trademark Law,Law against competition by inappropriate means or honest and trustworthy principle in civil law,and so a great deal of ques-tions will exist unavoidably in this way.The author propose to revise the resignation system of domain name in order to prevent the production of the dispute of domain name. |
