摘    要:通过低温诱导,成功实现了重组人成纤维细胞生长因子-8a蛋白在大肠杆菌中的可溶性表达.进一步研究了温度、IPTC浓度、诱导时长、诱导时期(OD600)、培养基类型这5个因素对重组人成纤维细胞生长因子-8a蛋白可溶性表达的影响,确定了可溶性表达最优化条件.优化表达条件后实现可溶性表达率大干30%.

Abstract:By the low temperature inducer the soluble expression RHFGF8a in escherichia coli is realised.Further study has been made of the five factors' influence on the soluble expression of RHFGF8a.The five factors are temperature,IPTG concentration,induced time,induced period and the components of culture medium.Optimization is determined.When optimized the soluble expressed RHFGF8a protein is more than 30% of the total bacterial protein.
