摘    要:利用UG/NX对通用桥式起重机进行三维零部件建模,并对各个零部件进行装配,利用UG/NX软件的CAE模块对起重机整机进行有限元结构分析,研究分析结果,找出其中有问题或者不合理的结构,对不合理的结构进行优化改进,再对优化后的结构再次进行分析,验证优化结果。为起重机的设计提供一个新的设计思路。

Structure Analysis and Optimization of Crane Based on UG

Abstract:Using UG/NX create 3D models of all parts of general bridge crane and complete the assembly model. Then the whole crane model was analyzed by using UG/NX CAE software. The problems or un- reasonable structures were found out according to the research analysis results. The structures of unrea- sonable were .optimized and improved. Finally, in order to verify the optimization results analyses the opti- mized structure analysis again. A new design idea was provided.
